Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various technical positions within our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical roles and technologies, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Location - Pune


  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical and non-technical positions, including software engineers, sales/marketing professionals, and IT professionals.
  • Utilize various recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of talented candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct reference checks, negotiate offers, and facilitate the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.


  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 4 to 6 years as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Experience with technical assessments and screening techniques is a plus.
