Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented Marketing individual to join our team at Codebase. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, interact with industry leaders, and contribute to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct industry and market research to identify thought leaders in technology areas.
• Contribute to the company’s branding efforts by identifying topics and personnel for podcasts and other digital marketing initiatives
• Conduct targeted outreach to domestic and overseas CxOs to promote our services.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, presentations, and events with industry leaders.
• Collaborate with the executive team to identify and schedule podcast opportunities.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for various channels.

Skills and Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent in Marketing.
• 0-2 Years of relevant marketing experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in scheduling meetings and events.
• Excellent collaboration and networking skills.
• Proven ability to interact with domestic and overseas CxOs.
• Comfortable using various communication tools and platforms.
• Ability to take initiative and contribute innovative ideas to the marketing team.
• Nice to have
  • Previous experience in scheduling podcasts with Engineering or product Leaders
  • Experience with Email campaigning and cold outreach techniques.
  • Previous experience in cold outreach and lead generation.
